- LabelIt isn’t known whether it passes into milk. The EU label says not to use it while breastfeeding; the US label asks prescribers to weigh benefits and risks.
- OrforglipronApproved drug
- LabelNot recommended while nursing. It passed into rat milk at 3 times the blood level, and there are no human data.
- OxytocinApproved drug
- LabelSmall amounts reach breast milk, but the UK label says it’s broken down in the baby’s gut and isn’t expected to cause harm. A US generic label advises caution.

- LabelNo data on whether it passes into milk or affects the baby or milk supply, the label says. A 10-woman breast milk study finished in November 2025 without published results.

- LabelNo data for the injections. The tablets aren’t recommended while breastfeeding: semaglutide itself was too low to measure in milk, but the tablets’ absorption enhancer (SNAC) does pass into it.
