Glu-Asp-Arg (EDR)
A synthetic three-amino-acid peptide from the Russian bioregulator family, studied in cells and rats for antioxidant and brain-protective effects.
Sport status follows the WADA Prohibited List in force since January 1, 2026; athletes should confirm with their anti-doping organization. Checked October 5, 2026.
Injected: 1–2 mg once daily for 10–20 days is where most guides overlap.
Oral or nasal: some guides use 5–20 mg a day for 10 days, assuming most is broken down before it’s absorbed. No human data test that. Across all guides, doses differ about 100-fold.
Nazimko 2012
Oral: 100 mcg twice daily for 2 weeks in a small Russian report on train crews. Not a controlled trial.
2-week course, about every 6 months, shown over 26 weeks
The ways Pinealon is most often run, each tagged with where it comes from.
Where injection guides overlap. Repeated every 2–6 months, depending on the guide.
Guides use higher oral doses on the untested assumption that most is broken down before it’s absorbed. The one published oral report used 100 mcg twice daily.
Subcutaneous in the abdomen, thigh or upper arm, rotating sites; mornings are most common. Some guides use nasal drops or oral forms instead.
No published guidance. Resume the next day and don’t double up.
Guides claim subtle support for focus, memory and sleep rhythm. These claims rest on animal work and small Russian observations.
CommunityNo controlled human data on how long any effect lasts. Guides simply repeat the course every few months.
CommunityInjection-site soreness or redness
Usually mild; rotate sites. Spreading redness, heat or pus means see a doctor.
No serious side effects reported, but data are thin
Reports come from one Russian group; absence of reports isn’t proof of safety.
Allergic reaction (possible with any injected peptide)
Stop and get emergency care for hives, facial swelling or trouble breathing.
Stop and get medical help for hives, swelling of the face or throat, trouble breathing, or a hot, spreading or pus-filled injection site.
No established labs or checks.
Often run together in Russian bioregulator protocols (brain plus pineal). No trial has tested the combination.
2 key published human studies, with how many people took part. Animal studies aren’t listed here.
Authors report better biological-age markers in adults aged 41 to 83 with organic brain syndrome; a related peptide, Vesugen, did better.

Authors report better biological-age and adaptation scores; the abstract gives no numbers.

U-100 insulin syringe: 100 units is 1 mL. Draws over 100 units show in mL. Faded values are under 2 units, which is hard to measure. Check that your vial holds the larger volumes.

Not approved as a drug in the US or EU.
From community reports, not established: Injected: 1–2 mg once daily for 10–20 days is where most guides overlap. Oral or nasal: some guides use 5–20 mg a day for 10 days, assuming most is broken down before it’s absorbed. No human data test that. Across all guides, doses differ about 100-fold. These are the amounts sources reference, not recommendations.
There’s no single right amount, because the water only sets the strength. With 2 mL of bacteriostatic water in a 10 mg vial, the strength is 5 mg/mL, so 1 mg is 20 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. More water makes small doses easier to measure. The dose chart above shows other volumes.
Before mixing: Freezer (−20 °C) for long-term storage; fridge is fine for short periods. Refrigerate (2–8 °C) after mixing and use within about 4 weeks. This is common practice; no product label covers it.
Probably. Not named on WADA’s 2026 list, but its S0 rule bans drugs with no current human approval anywhere, at all times.
Yes. The human studies section lists 2 published studies. Among them, from 2015: Authors report better biological-age markers in adults aged 41 to 83 with organic brain syndrome; a related peptide, Vesugen, did better.
Doses tagged Community come from public dosing guides and user reports, checked against at least two of them. Those sites aren’t named here because many of them sell peptides or earn commissions on them.
