Vial Guide

Updates

A dated log of regulatory, label and content changes on Vial Guide, newest first.

  1. A web address for every page

    • New

Every page now has its own address, such as vialguide.com/peptides/bpc-157/ or vialguide.com/guides/weight-loss/, so any page can be bookmarked or shared and search engines can find it. Older links that use # still work.

  2. Dose log

    • New

A dose log for mixed vials, the doses you take and where you injected. It counts down to each vial’s discard date, estimates what’s left, suggests the next site in your rotation and exports to CSV. It’s stored only in your browser.

  3. Compare, stack check and new guides

    • New

Compare up to three compounds side by side, and check a combination for documented overlaps with one combined tracking checklist to print.

    • New

Levels over time on the semaglutide, tirzepatide, retatrutide, cagrilintide and CJC-1295 with DAC pages: the build-up to steady state and the fall after the last dose, from each half-life.

    • New

New guides: Start here, Injection guide (with a site-rotation drawing), Reading a lab report, and a Glossary.

  4. Status, studies and datasheets on every compound page

    • Regulatory

US compounding status now follows FDA’s list as of April 2026. Nominations for AOD-9604, BPC-157, CJC-1295, DSIP (emideltide), Epitalon, injectable GHK-Cu, KPV, Melanotan II, MOTS-c, Selank, Semax, thymosin alpha-1 and TB-500 were withdrawn, so they are no longer in Category 2. Ipamorelin and kisspeptin-10 still are.

    • Regulatory

Added FDA advisory committee votes from July 2026 (BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, MOTS-c, Epitalon, Semax and DSIP) and from October and December 2024 (AOD-9604, CJC-1295, ipamorelin, kisspeptin-10 and thymosin alpha-1).

    • Regulatory

Added sport status from the WADA 2026 Prohibited List for all 42 single compounds.

    • Label

Updated approved uses: Wegovy (heart attack and stroke risk, MASH), Ozempic (kidney and heart protection in type 2 diabetes) and Mounjaro (heart risk, and children 10 and older).

    • Correction

Corrected retatrutide’s Phase 3 timeline, tirzepatide’s maintenance doses, CJC-1295 with DAC’s trial history, the AOD-9604 weight-loss evidence, hCG with testosterone therapy, the SS-31 kidney dose, the Pinealon oral dose and Selank’s label dose.

    • Correction

      Updated notes for 5-amino-1MQ, ARA-290, AHK-Cu, cagrilintide, DSIP, Epithalon, kisspeptin-10, Melanotan 1, Melanotan 2, NAD+, sermorelin, SLU-PP-332, SNAP-8, tesamorelin and VIP.

    • New

Site search, calculator share links, printable pages, calendar export from the supply planner, and the About, How we grade evidence, Disclaimer and Privacy pages.

  5. Key facts at the top of each page

    • New

Compound pages open with the common dose, cycle, vial sizes and typical syringe draw. Guides and the library show their evidence mix.

  6. New design, and no outside links

    • New

A new look, with a tide header, title bands and icons for goals and categories.

    • New

All links to outside websites were removed. Sources are listed as citations you can look up.

  7. Vial Guide launched

    • New

vialguide.com went live with 48 peptides and blends, 8 goal guides, a reconstitution guide and the dosage calculator.
