Nasal or injection. Extrapolated from Semax; no Adamax dosing study exists.
Adamax 984 Da
A research peptide sold as a Semax derivative. The 984 Da version matches N-acetyl Semax extended by two amino acids; other vendors use the name for an adamantane-modified Semax of about 1,032 Da.
Sport status follows the WADA Prohibited List in force since January 1, 2026; athletes should confirm with their anti-doping organization. Checked October 5, 2026. Status of every compound.
No study has tested how Adamax works. It is sold as a modified Semax, so any mechanism is borrowed from Semax, whose own target is unknown; in rats, Semax raised BDNF, a growth factor that helps nerve cells survive and connect. Whether the added groups change its potency, how long it lasts or whether it reaches the brain hasn’t been measured.
AnimalMainly from cell and animal studies; not shown in people.
Everything specific to Adamax is unknown: which molecule a vial contains, and its activity, half-life and safety, none of which has been studied in animals or people.
About 100–500 mcg by injection, or 100–600 mcg a day intranasal, extrapolated from Semax.
No set cycle, shown over 26 weeks

Nasal or injection. Extrapolated from Semax; no Adamax dosing study exists.
One vendor chart. Guides disagree widely; 300 mcg is where they overlap.
Community use only: under the skin (belly or thigh, rotating spots) or as a nasal spray. No route has been tested in people.
No published guidance. Skip it and take the next dose on schedule; don’t double up.
Unknown. There are no published human data on Adamax effects or timing.
CommunitySold as a stronger, longer-lasting Semax. Claims of 2–3× Semax potency are unverified.
CommunityInjection-site redness or itching (vendor-reported)
Rotate sites; stop if it spreads, gets hot or hurts.
No published safety data for Adamax itself
Treat any new symptom as possibly drug-related and stop.
Semax-type effects possible: headache, overstimulation, poor sleep (extrapolated)
Dose in the morning; lower the dose or stop.
A seizure, chest pain, severe anxiety or agitation, confusion, or allergy signs such as rash, swelling or trouble breathing.
No product label covers Adamax, so these come from human studies and from precautions based on how it works. Most important first.
Precaution: follows from how it works or from a related drug, and hasn’t been tested. This isn’t a complete list: a pharmacist or doctor can check a specific medicine or condition.
Borrowed from the Semax plus Selank pairing; never studied with Adamax.
No published human studies of Adamax turned up in our October 2026 review. The evidence note at the top of this page sums up what is known.
No peer-reviewed study of Adamax has been published, in animals or people, and the name covers at least two different molecules. Everything claimed for it is extrapolated from Semax, whose own human evidence is small Russian studies of nasal drops. Its doses, side effects, long-term safety and purity are untested.

U-100 insulin syringe: 100 units is 1 mL. Draws over 100 units show in mL. Faded values are under 2 units, which is hard to measure. Check that your vial holds the larger volumes.

Not approved as a drug in the US or any other country.
From community reports, not established: About 100–500 mcg by injection, or 100–600 mcg a day intranasal, extrapolated from Semax. These are the amounts sources reference, not recommendations.
There’s no single right amount, because the water only sets the strength. With 3 mL of bacteriostatic water in a 10 mg vial, the strength is 3.333 mg/mL, so 300 mcg is 9 units on a U-100 insulin syringe. More water makes small doses easier to measure. The dose chart above shows other volumes.
No product label covers Adamax, so these come from human studies and from precautions based on how it works. Seizure history, anxiety disorders or acute psychosis: The Russian Semax labels rule these out. Adamax is sold as a Semax derivative and hasn’t been tested, so the same cautions may apply. Pregnancy or breastfeeding: No human safety data exist; the Semax labels also rule out both. Anyone relying on product quality: It isn’t an approved drug anywhere, and different molecules are sold under the same name, so a vial’s identity, purity and sterility are unregulated.
Before mixing: Freezer (about −20 °C) for long-term storage; fridge for short periods. After mixing: Fridge (2–8 °C); use within about 4 weeks. This is common practice; no product label covers it.
Probably. Not named on WADA’s 2026 list, but its S0 rule bans drugs with no current human approval anywhere, at all times.

Doses tagged Community come from public dosing guides and user reports, checked against at least two of them. Those sites aren’t named here because many of them sell peptides or earn commissions on them.
