Trial
DSIP’s insomnia trials found weak effects. In July 2026 FDA’s advisory committee voted 7–6 against allowing it in compounding.
Community
Adamax and Pinealon have no human trials. Their doses are borrowed from Semax and from Russian bioregulator practice.
